As a Certified Clinical Herbalist, Full Spectrum Doula, Mother, Self-care enthusiast, and Ordained Minister, my purpose is to offer holistic healing resources and empower the community. I am here to guide you in making mindful choices for yourself and your family, whether it's related to healthy food options, herbal remedies, or spiritual guidance. During our initial session, we will identify any areas of concern and develop a realistic self-care plan aligned with your lifestyle goals. To better understand your overall health and the goals you wish to achieve, I kindly request that you complete an intake form before scheduling our session. Please know this is a safe space without judgment, where your healing and satisfaction are paramount. What can you expect? There are no specific expectations, only an open heart and mind. Our session can take place online through voice or video conference, based on your preference. Within 48 hours following our session, I will provide you with personalized recommendations for care. These may include herbal supplements, nutritional guidance, spiritual practices, movement and exercise suggestions, as well as mindfulness techniques for the mind, body, and soul. Additionally, I will offer follow-up suggestions. Please note that the cost of herbs, formulas, and other products is not included in the consultation fee. I highly recommend bi-weekly or monthly follow-up sessions to maintain consistency in implementing the suggestions and to provide ongoing support and accountability. Regular follow-ups allow us to assess what is and isn't working for you and offer opportunities for necessary adjustments. These follow-up consultations also allow us to delve deeper into any emotional imbalances or triggers that may be impacting your physical well-being. The initial consultation lasts for 30 minutes and is priced at $100, while follow-up sessions are priced at $75 per 30 minutes as needed. After booking, you will receive a personalized link for your consultation. Please note that the 30-minute Holistic Healing Follow Consultation is exclusively available to existing clients. This session aims to address any questions you may have regarding your healing journey, provide additional tools if needed, and be a genuine source of support. Similarly, the 45-minute Holistic Healing Follow-up Consultation, priced at $125, is specifically designed for clients who have already had the initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations, Please contact us within 24 hours to avoid fee. A $25 fee will be billed before a new session can be booked.
