Herbal Tea Instructions
- Measure the herbs: Use 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbs per 8 ounces of water.
- Heat the water: Boil fresh, filtered water.
- Steep the herbs:
- For leaves, flowers, or soft parts: Pour hot water over the herbs and steep for 5–10 minutes.
- For roots, bark, or seeds: Simmer the herbs in water for 15–20 minutes, then strain.
The longer you steep the stronger your tea blend.
