I love everything about Lavender ! This herb is perfect to start with on our herbal journey.

 

Properties: aromatic, sedative,carminative,antimicrobial 

 

Uses: 

 

internally-Tea form — minor cases of nervousness,insomnia, and headaches, and gastrointestinal complaints (irritable stomach, upper abdominal pains, flatulence, intestinal cramps) 

 

externally-place in bath tub for rheumatic and neuralgic pains 

You can experience Lavender - Fresh, Dried, or Essential Oil 

Drink as a Tea, Make herbal bath salts, and Lavender linen spray, theres so many possibilities
